Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to potential customers in the US
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and sales readiness
Identify key decision-makers and understand prospect needs
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales or account executive team
Maintain accurate activity records and lead updates in the CRM
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and professional networking platforms
Consistently meet or exceed activity and performance targets
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales role
Hands-on experience with cold calling and lead qualification for the US market
