Summary:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients for eTap Solutions' digital payment and self-service kiosk solutions. The role focuses on lead generation, initial outreach, and setting up meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads through calls, messages, email outreach, and other prospecting activities.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and assess potential business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings or product presentations between qualified prospects and the Business Development or Sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM or tracking systems to ensure accuracy and traceability.
