About the Role
We're looking for a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you'll be fully focused on outbound prospecting and identifying potential customers, initiating engagement, and booking qualified sales meetings for our Account Executives. You will play a key role in building pipeline and accelerating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high‑volume outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
Research accounts and identify potential prospects that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Craft personalized, relevant messaging that generates interest and triggers conversations.
Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospect needs and fit.
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth, detailed handoffs.
Maintain clean and accurate data in CRM and sales engagement tools.
