Job Description
Our client is seeking a relentless, metrics-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth through high-volume outbound prospecting.
This is not a passive lead-follow-up role. This is a true outbound hunting position for someone who thrives on activity, competition, and exceeding targets.
The SDR will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying decision-makers—ultimately booking meetings that convert into real sales opportunities for the Account Executive team.
The expectation for this role is to consistently deliver 8–12+ qualified meetings per month, with top performers exceeding that benchmark.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and multi-touch cadences.
Consistently source new opportunities through proactive use of:
Existing CRM data and lead reactivation
Sales intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
