As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR is someone who loves cold calling, has CRM experience, carries a hunter mentality, and loves to be coached on advanced selling tactics.
The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
