The Schedule (EST)

This role is designed for those who win in the afternoon and evening.

• 12:00 PM:
  Kickoff. 2 hours of deep-dive lead prep and strategy.
• 2:00 PM:
  First booking call.
• 8:00 PM:
  Final booking call of the day.

Compensation & Performance

We reward results, not effort. We have a very clear up or out policy:

• Base Pay:
  $500/month
• High Performers:
  $1,500+
  per month
• Medium Performers:
  $1,000+
  per month
• Low Performers:
  Fired. We keep our standards high to keep our network #1.
