Job Description
Position Purpose: Sales Development Representative (SDR) drives business growth by securing new clients, expanding market opportunities and promoting quality and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across targeted market
- Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, pricing strategies and negotiate deals to close new contracts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
- Set and achieve sales and revenue targets by executing effective business development plans and tracking personal KPIs
- Plan and execute effective lead generations strategies
- Manage sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal team (operations, production, finance, etc) to align sales strategies and optimize service offerings
