Duties & ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do: Call every new quote within parameters, confirm spec/timing/decision process, and drive to PO. Run structured follow-ups (phone/email/Whats App) on all pending quotes every 48–72 hours until win/loss. Handle objections (price, lead time, MOQ, artwork) and negotiate within guardrails. Arrange for meeting with field rep if unable to close over phone/email. Work provided cold-call lists; Qualify lead, book discovery calls and quoting opportunities. Canvas/Prospect when lists thin: Research targets, revive lapsed customers, ask for referrals. Keep CRM (Zoho Bigin/CRM) spotless: Next step + date on every opportunity; close reasons mandatory.
