About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, confident, and laid-back Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound and inbound sales efforts for a growing digital marketing agency. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, and light prospecting, with opportunities to engage inbound leads from paid ads and cold email responses.
This is a full-time, remote position working Eastern Time hours.
Schedule
- Full-time
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern (flexibility between 9–5 or 10–6 is fine)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads sourced from business directories
- Follow up with prospects to qualify interest and book or close deals
- Handle follow-up calls that may last up to 15–20 minutes
- Respond to inbound leads from paid ads and website inquiries
- Respond to replies from cold email campaigns
