Job Description
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will drive growth through outbound prospecting, qualifying physician practices, and securing meetings with key decision-makers. This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role that works closely with senior leadership to engage physicians and practice administrators.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
Identify and target physician practices via phone, email, and LinkedIn based on specialty, size, and Medicare volume.
Qualification & Discovery
Assess clinical and financial fit using structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) to ensure high-quality pipeline development.
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate and detailed records in Zoho CRM.
Track activity metrics and schedule discovery calls and demos efficiently.
Deal Support
Assist throughout the sales cycle up to closing.
Ensure seamless handoffs to onboarding and operations teams.
