Initial Requirements Must be Residing from the Philippines 
B1-C1 German language proficiency (spoken & written) 
1+ years experience in SDR / BDR / Sales / Lead Generation 
Experience with cold calling, cold emailing & LinkedIn outreach 
Stable internet, own device & quiet workspace 
Willing to work German business hours (CET / CEST) 
✅ Commissions on top of base pay
