Role Overview:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will:
Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide technical support.
Assist in integrating websites, stores, or accounts and resolve technical challenges.
Advise on technical integration and process improvements.
Guide customers through implementing Conversions API and related integrations.
Monitor and track customer success diligently.
Requirements:
Proficient in Traditional Mandarin or Cantonese
Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales & Digital Marketing experience
