Sales Director – Commercial Risk Solutions

We're hiring! We are looking for a Sales Director – Commercial Risk Solutions (CRS) to join our team in Vietnam. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

The Sales Director – CRS plays a critical role in driving new business growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding Aon’s Commercial Risk portfolio in Vietnam.

Reporting to the Head of Growth & Delivering Aon United (Health & CRS), this role focuses on originating and converting opportunities, managing client pipelines, and delivering sustainable revenue growth aligned with Aon’s “United” model.
