Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of sales and business development professionals.
Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks, ensuring disciplined execution.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, pace, and results.
Enterprise & Complex Deal Execution
Personally lead and sponsor high-value, commercially complex partnership negotiations.
