Role: Sales Director (Financial Services)
Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading IT Services firm who is looking for a hands‑on Sales Director to drive revenue growth in the Banking & Financial Services sector, including digital banks and FinTechs. This is a hunter role focused on winning new logos, closing large deals, and building strong CXO relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and convert a strong pipeline of new clients
• Engage consultatively with CXOs and senior stakeholders
• Win and manage large, complex deals end-to-end
• Collaborate with internal solution and delivery teams across the sales cycle
• Drive growth initially in Singapore, with expansion into Southeast Asia

Requirements

• 12+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT Services (Singapore market)
• Strong background in systems integration, managed services, or software & services
