A significant proportion of its strategies rank top-quartile over 3, 5 and 10 years , supported by a disciplined, high-conviction investment approach and strong client demand.

The firm manages c.$30bn+ in assets , with continued net inflows driven by performance and differentiated positioning — at a time when much of the industry is facing pressure from performance challenges, fee compression and consolidation.

This is a newly created, high-impact role focused on leading and expanding the firm’s presence across French-speaking Switzerland , with a particular focus on Geneva-based private banks and wealth managers .
