Sales Director - Hanoi

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Sales Director is responsible for supporting the development of business plans for the sales department and market expansion, in order to provide optimal solutions to customers and achieve the Company's revenue targets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and manage distributors in the region; develop the HVAC SOLUTION shop system.
2. Allocate targets to distributors and dealers; plan professional training.
3. Implement promotion programs; monitor and manage channel inventory.
4. Coordinate with the company's sales strategy to achieve sales targets as set.
5. Collaborate with other departments to carry out general company tasks.
