Commercial Leadership & Sales Strategy

• Lead BYD's national commercial strategy to achieve growth objectives, profitability targets, and market penetration.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans, nationwide expansion programs, and annual sales roadmaps.
• Define pricing strategies, business models, channel development approaches, and commercial frameworks aligned with corporate policies.
