Sales Director

BYD Peru is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Sales Director (Passenger Vehicles) to lead the brand’s commercial strategy and market expansion nationwide. This executive role will drive sustainable sales growth, strengthen dealer network performance, accelerate EV adoption across corporate and government sectors, and reinforce BYD’s leadership in sustainable mobility.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Leadership & Sales Strategy: Lead BYD’s national commercial strategy to achieve growth objectives, profitability targets, and market penetration. Develop and execute strategic business plans, nationwide expansion programs, and annual sales roadmaps.
• Pricing & Commercial Frameworks: Define pricing strategies, business models, channel development approaches, and commercial frameworks aligned with corporate policies.
• Brand Positioning: Strengthen BYD’s positioning as a leading EV brand in Peru through structured commercial execution.
