We are expanding our Sales Director team in Lipa City, Batangas. Lead the residential real estate sales organization and build a high-performing team in one of the fastest-growing property markets in CALABARZON.

As Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the Lipa City territory. Backed by the strength of Century Properties Group, Inc., you will have full support to build, lead, and scale our sales operations.

--- RESPONSIBILITIES ---

- Own and grow the Lipa City territory sales pipeline

- Recruit, train, and mentor a 5x5 Sales Leadership team (5 managers + 5 sales executives per territory)

- Develop and execute local sales strategies aligned with PHirst brand standards
