About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead local market expansion and build a high-performing sales team across key U.S. regions.

Description

This role is responsible for driving ground-level customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a local BD / sales team
  • Drive customer acquisition through: Warehouses / fulfillment centers (3PLs), US Local E-commerce sellers (Target, Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, etc)
  • Develop sales strategies and execution plans
  • Monitor performance and optimize sales efficiency
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer success and retention

KPIs

  • Sales revenue and package volume
  • New customer acquisition
  • Customer retention rate
