About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead local market expansion and build a high-performing sales team across key U.S. regions.
Description
This role is responsible for driving ground-level customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a local BD / sales team
- Drive customer acquisition through: Warehouses / fulfillment centers (3PLs), US Local E-commerce sellers (Target, Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, etc)
- Develop sales strategies and execution plans
- Monitor performance and optimize sales efficiency
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure customer success and retention
KPIs
- Sales revenue and package volume
- New customer acquisition
- Customer retention rate
