Overview

The Sales Director leads and oversees the overall sales operations of DMCI Homes, ensuring the achievement of sales targets across projects and channels. This role provides strategic direction, manages sales leaders and teams, and drives market growth while maintaining strong client relationships and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead and monitor Sales Managers and sales teams
• Drive project sales performance, pricing, and inventory movement
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations for effective sales execution
• Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 10 plus years of real estate sales experience with senior leadership exposure
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills
