Your Profile

• Proven sales success within the plastics industry, plastics machinery or capital equipment sector (preferably in extrusion-related industries).


• Strong sales talent combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to engage confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.


• Leadership experience or clear leadership potential with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams in an cross-cultural environment.
