What you'll do:
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Managers
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships while exploring new opportunities
Report on performance and forecasts to senior management
What we're looking for:
Graduate of Business or related courses
5+ years of experience in Real Estate
Proven track record in regional or product sales leadership
Strong team management, communication, and analytical skills
Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus
