Sales Director SEA

Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Director for Southeast Asia to join their team in Singapore. The individual will focus on managing sales accounts of major clients in the Agri business and providing the sales leadership for the complete SEA region, with focus on B2B Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Growing the client's customer base in SEA Markets;
- Defining country-level penetration strategy for different product lines in order to ensure attainment of company's sales targets;
- Training business development teams on prospecting calls, product demonstrations, proposals and closes;
- Coordinating with operations and product teams to track project progress and relay customer feedback/industry requirements;
- Building strategic partnerships that help with quicker market access and support them with technical, project and marketing information.
