  • Cultivate and maintain strategic, business-focused relationships with key accounts (including JV OEMs and selected COEMs).
  • Align with company division leadership to develop and drive profitable growth across targeted product lines/technologies.
  • Design and implement client engagement strategies to boost profitable growth within the assigned customer territory.
  • Manage and coach sales teams to enhance their performance, development, and sales performance oversight.
  • Foster close collaboration among internal sales teams and functions across China, Germany, and the USA to strengthen my client's position with strategic customers and lead the execution of China-focused business strategies.
