Responsibilities:

• Attend to all inquiries / calls from social media (Facebook, Instagram, Email) and SMS
• Supervise day-to-day activities by developing effective procedures, appropriate task assignments and top-quality control processes.
• Manage influencer affiliate program by attending to all influencers
• Coordinate closely with sales team, dispatch, manpower staff and finance
• Attending to all dispatch requirements of admin, drivers and cleaners
• Assist in crosschecking job order and specific details in schedule
• Build new business relationships through loyalty and retention programs
