Sales Effectiveness Specialist

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Support management of sales effectiveness programs and initiatives to continuously provide commercial support enabling the company to achieve its sales and revenue targets and KPIs. The role uses analytics, process discipline, and enablement to translate commercial strategy into consistent, scalable execution across channels.

PRIMARY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with the Sales Effectiveness Manager on the execution, coordination and materials preparation of programs supporting learning & development pathways as aligned with commercial strategy.
• Support the development and delivery of sales training sessions, playbooks, content, and learning programs.
• Drive usage of digital tools for planning, execution, and reporting.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PERFORMANCE:
