Job scope

1. Enhance and implement Sales Excellence Programs (SEP) across APAC, covering sales activities, value selling, account planning, opportunity management, and pipeline discipline.
2. Establish and optimize core sales processes (e.g., enquiry-to-order, funnel management), ensuring CRM adoption, data accuracy, and compliance.
3. Define and track KPIs to improve sales productivity and ROI; leverage dashboards and analytics to identify gaps and drive performance improvements.
4. Collaborate with Country Sales Leaders, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams to align methodologies, frameworks, and improvement initiatives across APAC.
5. Act as the regional liaison to global stakeholders, representing local market needs and ensuring scalable, practical solutions.
