Get to know the Role
We are looking for a Sales Enablement Partner to anchor the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes for the Grab For Business (GFB) team. You will be responsible for translating complex product features into compelling sales assets, building the playbooks that guide our sales motion, and managing the training programs that keep our team sharp. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that whether a salesperson is hunting for new business or farming existing accounts, they have the exact resources they need to win.
The day-to-day activities:
● Content Strategy & Creation: Build and manage high-impact GFB sales assets (pitch decks, one-pagers) and external-facing User/Onboarding Guides that help corporate clients easily adopt our products.
● Playbook & Process Development: Develop comprehensive Sales Playbooks, Key Account Management (KAM) Playbooks, and Onboarding programs to standardize how we sell and serve clients across the region.
