Core purpose
- Increase sales team productivity and proposal quality while reducing cycle time.
Job responsibilities:
CRM and data discipline
- Own data quality in HubSpot or Q360
- Ensure all deals, contacts, activities are complete and accurate
- Generate weekly pipeline reports
Proposal and RFP management
- Own end-to-end RFP response coordination
- Maintain a reusable content library
- Assemble proposals using standard templates
- Ensure deadlines are met
Sales enablement support
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Ensure materials reflect current offerings
Internal coordination
- Track dependencies for proposals and deals
- Follow up internally to unblock progress
