DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Systems and Monitoring –

· Responsible for the coordination, proper implementation and close monitoring of sales and marketing activities and projects;

· Develop and implement sales reporting systems/ templates specifically for:

ü Sales performance monitoring and analysis

ü Route and dealer performance management

ü Productivity tracking of all sales resources; (man, truck/ route, glass, deals, tools of trade)

ü Assisting the ASM and RSM in the implementation of a regular business reviews on a weekly, monthly and semestral basis

· Regularly attends Plant BRs to observe and identify highlights, exceptions and

opportunities, makes a summary analysis for Sales action and recommends other review templates, where needed

· Identify needed sales reports for submission to Finance, IT and other Functions

and to generate report requirements of management and Plants
