Sales Encoder

Job Summary:

The Sales Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining sales-related data in the system. This role ensures that all sales transactions, inventory movements, and related documents are recorded correctly and submitted on time. The position supports the sales and operations team by providing updated reports and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encode daily sales transactions, sales orders, and delivery receipts into the system.
• Maintain and update sales records, pricing lists, and inventory data.
• Prepare and generate sales reports as required by the management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all encoded data before submission.
• Coordinate with sales staff, warehouse, and accounting for any discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory movement and assist in stock count reconciliation.
• Organize and file sales documents, invoices, and other related paperwork.
