Job Requirements: Lead and support appointed distributors across assigned regions to maximize business performance. Strengthen sales outcomes through joint customer visits, technical consultations, and proactive guidance. Monitor distributor performance, identify gaps, and implement growth strategies. Identify new applications and uncover business opportunities through consultative discussions. Promote solutions via technical presentations, demonstrations, and tailored proposals. Conduct trial tests and performance evaluations at customer sites to validate results. Analyze machining processes and recommend optimal cutting tool solutions. Collaborate with Thailand HQ for advanced technical support and customized solutions. Work closely with Thailand HQ on quotations, pricing, and order processing.
