Job Description

Responsibilities / Tasks
Developing & maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction & loyalty.
Study customer needs, pain points & business challenges & create a customized sales proposal to present a customer value added proposition by following up with customers from award of purchase order to delivery of machines.
Obtains request for proposals for customers, use CRM, reviews specifications & determines scope of supply.
Prepares technical proposals & presentations & submits to Sales Manager for review before sending to customer / prospect.
On a weekly basis, provides customer visit & plan, sales project status reports, which encompass the funding of the project, what needs to be offered to win the work, and positioning vs. the competition, to both the assigned Sales Manager.
Develops business & marketing plans for sales areas as well as makes budget target recommendations.
