Sales Engineer (Insulation System)

Responsible for the full cycle of sales and business development to achieve annual revenue targets in the industrial sector.

• Manage existing clients, develop new clients, and promote new products and services for organic revenue growth.
• Act as first level escalation for technical and commercial issues with customers.
• Provide technical support.
• Lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, tender and quotation submission, and deal closure.
• Pre‑qualification registrations for tenders and vendor lists, including submittals for new markets and customers.
• Progressively grow new industrial markets.
• Attend industry events to increase market share and participate in company industry events.
• Maintain an accurate quote register to ensure effective tracking and follow‑up on quotes and update it monthly for management reviews.
