Job Description
Carl Zeiss Sdn. Bhd seeks an experienced sales engineer, reporting to Head of Sales, Malaysia, to be responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing activities for IQS product portfolio in southern part of Malaysia (Johor and Johor vicinity). The sales engineer is responsible for the sales targets assigned for his/her territory, handles technical and sales inquiries and to expand sales funnel in southern Malaysia. The sales engineer is expected to identify and develop new customers for both conventional and newly identified focused customer segments.
The sales engineer is expected to create market awareness for ZEISS IQS product portfolio and to grow market share of ZEISS in southern Malaysia. He/she needs to work closely with business partners/dealers to conduct market research/mapping hence provide adequate market coverage in and in the vicinity of Johor, Malaysia.
