Job Description

                    Supervise and lead service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (air conditioners, chillers, cooling towers, ventilation systems, etc.) 
Diagnose and resolve technical issues and mechanical failures in HVAC systems 
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance checks on client equipment 
Ensure proper documentation of service reports, job orders, and equipment checklists 
Coordinate with clients for service scheduling, technical concerns, and after-service feedback 
Prepare service plans, reports, and recommendations based on inspections and findings 
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards during service work 
Provide technical support to the sales team for project evaluation and client proposals 
Stay updated with new HVAC technologies, standards, and techniques 
Train junior engineers or technicians on proper servicing procedures
