Sales Engineer (Modernization)

We are looking for a Sales Engineer, Modernization who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will have a unique opportunity to interact with various stakeholders in the construction industry, ranging from developers, consultants, and architects right down to individual owners by providing them with sound technical advice in relation to elevators and escalators.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and develop sales and product strategies, promotion, and action plans to convert these modernization opportunities into orders through relationships with customers.
• Liaise with relevant site personnel throughout the project.
• Supervision tender, quotation preparation, submission, and follow-up until the project is secured or lost.
• Plan own sales activity and strategy with regard to workload planning and customer analysis.
