What You'll Do

• Hunt and close new business opportunities
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Propose technical solutions and prepare quotations
• Work closely with engineering & operations teams
• Follow up leads and drive sales to closure

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Marine / Industrial, etc.)
• Sales or technical sales experience preferred (fresh grads welcome)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset
