Job Summary: This role plays a vital role in developing profitable business with new and existing customers by supporting the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and / or exceeding sales targets. Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients. Works with the Sales Manager to establish short-term sales plans. Supports the Product Manager to monitor, evaluate and maintain internal business process aligned with organization's long-term & short-term sales strategy.
