Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer (HVAC) to support business growth by providing expert technical solutions and building strong relationships with customers. This role bridges engineering and sales, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective HVAC solutions.

Qualifications and Skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience
• 1-2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, applications engineering, or technical sales (preferred)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems (chillers, air handlers, VRF, controls, etc.)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with MS Office;
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
