Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with sales reps to support complex deals, understand customer requirements, and propose technical solutions.
• Client Engagement: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand technical needs, answer complex questions, and provide product demonstrations.
• Solution Development: Design and tailor solutions that align customer challenges with product capabilities, often involving financial modeling.
• Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products/services to effectively present features and benefits.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with product development, engineering, and customer support to ensure product fit and smooth implementation.
• Post-Sale Support: Provide training, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
