Job Summary

• Attend pre-bidding conference
• Can acquire project at least 100 tons per month
• Coordinate with the clients and facilitate their immediate requirements
• Prepare and issue tender documents to customers
• Coordinate and follow-up with concerned Department regarding status of on-going projects
• Review and evaluate all contrary documents, proposal and quotations
• Conduct plant/visit with the client
• Monitor and collect payments for on-going projects as well as those completed projects with pending accounts
• Maintain good relationship with the clients
• Protect the Company from work claims and damage suit
