Sales Engineer

The company currently has a vacant position for a Sales Engineer – PowerGen, to be based in Johannesburg.

Objective of Job

·      Carry out a variety of sales duties including prospecting for leads, engaging with potential customers and providing them with quotations for the PowerGen solutions.

·      Collaborate with the engineering and finance teams on various sales opportunities, using in-depth knowledge of the market and potential customer's needs. In addition to being a good communicator, the successful incumbent is required to be a creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Areas & Duties

·      Find new opportunities to sell RRPS products and solutions in power generation (Diesel, Gas, PV and Battery technology)

·      Regular customer and consultant visits to promote RRPS products and solutions in power generation (and other applications where need be) and to build long term partnerships
