- Act as DRI to coordinate NPI (New Product Introduction) development projects between customers and factory engineering teams
- Monitor and update project progress for both development phase and mass production
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on yield, production results (Input/Output/EFF/Yield), and project status
- Lead customer meetings (online and onsite), including agenda preparation, presentation, and meeting minutes
- Communicate and negotiate with overseas clients in English on technical and project-related matters
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (Engineering, Quality Control, Manufacturing) to ensure project alignment
- Support customer visits at factory, including production line explanation and coordination
- Analyze production and quality data, and report issues with improvement suggestions
