Sales Engineer

• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
• Schedule and follow through on calls with leads
• Source and work customer referrals
• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/ or escalate lead and customer questions and needed or escalate complex concerns to relevant departments as needed
• Collaborates with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience and branding requirements
• Developing in-depth knowledge of company services
• Maintains an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments and customer request
• Prepares proposals and cost-benefit analyses for prospective clients to determine the most suitable purchase options
• Analyze competitors' services and reach to determine service benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
