Sales Engineer

Forvia is a sustainable mobility technology leader. The role is a Sales Engineer in San Juan del Río, QRO, focused on driving sales for our automotive solutions.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for the sales development of the assigned portfolio of products within a designated perimeter (Program, Serial Life, Acquisitions).

• Develop intimacy with customer contacts (Purchasing, Engineering, Programs):
  • Regular visits with preparation and minutes
  • Build relationships with key staff in the client organization
  • Monitor customer satisfaction at regular intervals or after each significant step
• Prepare commercial offers in response to customer requests:
  • Understand costing files
  • Propose and validate targeted pricing and negotiation tactics
  • Formalize offers with appropriate wording
