Role Summary As an Sales Engineer, you will be the voice of our organization, convincing customers to adopt solar, developing new leads, maintaining expectations throughout the sales cycle, and closing deals.
In this role you will: Communicate with customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp and email, then follow up on leads. Activate company promotions and activities to boost enquiries and generate sales leads. Maximize sales volume and value using persuasive selling methods and by understanding customers’ needs. Be the voice of the customer: addressing questions, supplying additional info on our residential solar photovoltaic solutions, and managing customers’ expectations. Manage all stages of the sales cycle including lead qualification and conversion, document collection, closing deals, and following up on payment. Track sales progress on a CRM system and ensure all relevant data and documents are captured. If it is necessary, then proceed to outdoor sales.
