Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel structures such as factories, warehouses, and industrial facilities.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand design intent, project scope, and technical requirements.
• Develop technical–commercial proposals, including suitable structural system concepts, cost estimation based on design data, summary of applicable design codes and technical criteria, and Value Engineering (VE) alternatives to achieve cost or weight optimization.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, estimation, supply chain & procurement, and fabrication teams to prepare optimized structural solutions that meet client requirements, technical specifications, and applicable design codes.
